Question:-
Is it permissible for a female to pierce her nose with a stud?
Answer:-
It is permissible for females to pierce their noses in an area where Muslim women generally have their noses studded. However, if it is not common for Muslim women to stud their noses, but this is the practice of “street women”, then, females should refrain from doing so (so that there is no resemblance with the Kuffar).
کانوں میں بالیاں پہنے کا حضور صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے زمانہ میں رواج تھا اور اب بھی عرب میں اس کا رواج ہے ، اس قیاس کرکے ناک چھیدنا بھی جائز ہے اگر یہ تغیر خلق اللہ میں داخل ہوتا تو حضور صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ضرور نکیر فرماتے (احسن الفتاوی ص۱۹۲ ج۸)
