Haidh Commencing While Fasting

QUESTION:

A woman went to the toilet while fasting her Qadhaa. When she wiped she noticed a very thin line of brown discharge mixed with her regular clear discharge. She wiped again but it was clear. Noting that it is still early for her Haidh, she continued her fast. Later that evening, her haidh started. Will she have to repeat her fast?

ANSWER:

Yes, she will have to keep a Qadhaa.

ثم ذكر أحكامه بقوله ( يمنع صلاة ) مطلقا ولو سجدة شكر

( وصوما ) وجماعا ( وتقضيه ) لزوما دونها للحرج
