Haidh Masaa’il

Q1. If blood or a coloured discharge does not exit the private area but is visible when a tissue is used to wipe the inside of the private area, is it still considered as Haidh or does it mean that Haidh has ended?

1. The blood will be regarded as Haidh only if it comes out by itself and is visible outside. In the enquired situation, the blood is still inside. It will not be regarded as Haidh.

Q2. If a woman sees that her Haidh has ended before Fajr, does she make Qadhaa for Maghrib and Ishaa Salaah?

A2. She will only have to perform her Fajr Salaah and not the Esha and Maghrib.(Bahishti Zewar (English Translation) Vol.1 Pg.89)
