Irregular Habit

QUESTION:

In the following Haidh pattern, how will the habit be established?

ANSWER:

The Haidh pattern in this case is inconsistent, varying between approximately 6 to 9 days from month to month. However, based on the recent pattern, it can be reasonably concluded that the duration of Haidh for the upcoming month will be 8 days from the time bleeding begins. Hence, if the bleeding in the next month continues for more than 10 days, the previous month’s habit of 8 days will be considered, and the remainder will be Istihaadhah. However, if the bleeding stops before 10 days, then on whichever day it stopped, that will be regarded as a new habit. If the Haidh stops before the previous month’s habit of 8 days, then a lady should make Ghusl and read her Salaah. However, she will not be allowed to be intimate with her husband until the 8th day has passed (which was her previous habit).

فإذا رأت دما صحيحا و طهرا صحيحا مرة واحدة على التفسير الذي قلنا ثم ابتليت بالاستمرار يجعل أيام حيضها في زمان الاستمرار ما رأت من الدم قبل الاستمرار ، وايام طهرها ما رأت من الطهر قبل الاستمرار

اگر پانچ دن خون آنے کی عادت تھی اور اتفاق سے کسی مہینے میں چا رہی دن خون آکر بند ہو گیا، تو ایسی صورت میں خون بند ہونے کے بعد نماز کے آخری وقت میں غسل کر کے نماز پڑھنا اور اگر رمضان کا مہینہ ہوتو روزہ رکھنا احتیا طا فرض ہے، لیکن پانچ دن مکمل ہونے سے پہلے ہمبستری جائز نہیں
