Kids wearing Taweez (amulets) to be protected from the evil eye

Question:-

What do the Ulama have to say in regards to making little children wear Taweez so that they may be protected from the evil eye?

Answer:-

It is permissible to hang a Taweez (amulet) around the neck of a little child so that he/she may be protected from the evil gaze, with the proviso that the amulet doesn’t contain any words of Shirk or any words that are against Shariah.

  ولا باس بالمعوذات اذا كتب فيها القران او اسماء الله تعالي  وانما تكره العوذة اذا كانت لغير لسان العرب ولا يدري ما هو ولعله يدخله سحر او كفر او غير ذلك  واما ما كان من القران او شيئ من الدعوات فلا باس به
