Question:-
Is a Ma’zoor permitted to wear Khuffain and make Masah thereupon when making Wudhu?
Answer:-
If a Ma’zoor (that is continuously experiencing an excuse) wears his Khuffain after making Wudhu (which included washing his feet), then he may perform as many Salaah as he wishes in the time wearing the Khuffain. If during the time (of that Salaah) his Wudhu breaks due to another excuse, then he may make Masah on the Khuffain when renewing his Wudhu.
For example, a Ma’zoor is suffering from urine drops. He is classified as a Ma’zoor due to not being able to control his bladder. Now, when the Salaah time enters he makes a complete Wudhu wherein he washes his feet and thereafter dons the Khuffain. If during the same Salaah time he passes wind (which is also a nullifier of wudhu), then his Wudhu will be invalidated. When renewing his Wudhu (in the same Salaah time) he is permitted to make Masah on the Khuffain. He will not have to remove his Khuffain and wash his feet for the second time.
However, once the Salaah time has expired and the next Salaah time enters, he will be required to remove the Khuffain and wash his feet, when renewing his Wudhu. He cannot make Masah on the Khuffain. We hope the ruling is clearly understood.
