Presence of rats being an indication of theft
Question:-
The older generation say that when rats are present, someone is stealing. What is the view on this, and how do you explain to people that superstitions are wrong?
Answer:-
We were unable to find any verses of the Quraan Sharif or Ahadith stating that rats are an indication of stealing. We are, therefore, unable to comment on the issue from a Shari’ee perspective.
