QUESTION:
My wife is currently breastfeeding. Would it be permissible to recite Quraan during this time keeping in mind to conceal the feeding area?
ANSWER:
If the Satr is covered as explained by you in the query, then Quraan Sharif may be recited while breastfeeding. [Re:- Fataawa Qaasmiyyah Pg.561 Vol.3] In fact, engaging in Tilawaat while breastfeeding will have a positive impact on the infant, hence it is encouraged.
