Removing hair around the private part

Question:-

Does the hair between the rear private part and the testicles need to be removed as it can be very difficult?

Answer:-

The Kitaabs of Fiqh state that the hair around the male private part should be removed. Hence, the area between the front and hind private parts should also be cleaned as this area is just beneath the male private part. In other words, it is considered to be around the penis. If one finds it difficult to remove the hair in this area using a razor, then a permissible hair removal cream may be utilized to achieve cleanliness, although it will be best to utilize a razor.
