Question:-
A person (that is Saahib-e-Tarteeb) performs Zuhr Salaah. Thereafter, he performs a few Salaah and only then comes to the realization that his Zuhr Salaah was invalid. Due to him being Saahib-e-Tarteeb, will he be required to repeat all the Salaah again or just the Zuhr Salaah?
Answer:-
If a Saahib-e-Tarteeb performs his Zuhr Salaah for example, and thereafter (i.e. after performing a number of Salaahs) realizes that his Zuhr Salaah was invalid, then he will only be required to repeat the invalid Zuhr Salaah.
جس نے مثلا ظھر کی نماز اس حالت میں پڑھ لی کہ اسکو وضوء کی صحت کے متعلق ظن غالب ہو ، پھر عصر کی نماز الگ وضوء سے ادا کرنے کے بعد پتہ چلا کہ ظھر کی نماز کا وضوء درست نہیں تھا تو وہ صرف ظھر کا اعادہ کرلے ۔ عصر کا اعادہ کرنے کی ضرورت نہیں – یہ ایسا ہے گویا عصر کی نماز پڑھتے وقت یہ شخص ظھر کی فوتگی کو بھول گیا ہو – فتاوی عثمانیہ ص ۱۴۶ ج۳
