Time of blood emerging is unknown

Jan 9, 2024 | Nullifying Factors Of Wudhu

Question:-

I performed my Witr Qadha after Asr Salaah. Later, at Maghrib time, I noticed a very light blood stain on the panty liner, which is not my period blood. I repeated the Asr Salaah at Maghrib time. I didn’t check after Maghrib, but a while later, I saw a blood stain. I’m not sure if I was clean for Maghrib. I think that the blood stain is from a possible cut but I’m not sure. What is the ruling? Do I repeat the Witr, Asr and Maghrib?

Answer:-

In both instances, since the time of the blood emerging is unknown, one will only be in a state of Hadas (impurity) when the blood was seen. Hence, there was no need to repeat any of the previous Salaahs. [Re:- Fataawa Mahmoodiyyah Pg.306 Vol.8]
