QUESTION:
A woman (Aa’isha) has a son (Bakr) and a daughter (Fatima). If she breastfed Fatima a couple of years prior, and then breastfed Bakr at the same time as she breastfed her husband’s sister’s sons (i.e. her husbands nephews – Zaid & Amr), will Zaid and Amr be milk siblings to Fatima?
ANSWER:
All the children breastfed by Aisha will be milk siblings to each other, irrespective of when she fed them. They cannot marry each other.
